OrheiLand is Moldova's surprise: a fully-free amusement park (zero entry, zero ride fees) built by businessman Ilan Șor in 2018. It has roller coasters, carousels, kid and adult rides, a large panoramic Ferris wheel overlooking Orhei, and a wide green zone. Festival atmosphere especially on weekends when thousands of families show up from across Moldova. Kids 10+ get serious rides, little ones get the carousels and mini-train. The OrheiLand mall and a food zone with reasonable prices are next door. Heads-up: on big-event days (concerts, parades) parking is chaos and roads close — plan to arrive early or late.
