Vinăria Sălcuța is the Pîslaru family project — the only winery in Moldova with heritage passed through 3 generations. Founder: Eugen Pîslaru, who describes winemaking as «the odyssey of revealing one's own destiny». Location: Sălcuța village (Ștefan Vodă), Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) zone. Flagship brand APERTUS (Fetească Neagră — Rară Neagră) marks 30 years since founding. Other significant collections: EPIZŌD (Saperavi aged in French oak), ENO (modern innovations, Noble Rosé), WINEMAKER'S WAY (fresh Rară Neagră), VALVERDE (international varieties, Pinot Gris).
