“Room was a furnace. We arrived and the AC was broken. It was late and we traveled 9 hours through Ukrainian checkpoints and were exhausted and needed to sleep. The AC button was literally ripped off, so it wouldn’t work. They said someone would fix it the next day. “Been at the hotel pool. Adults on weekend 300/d, kids under 10 for 100/d but was told if it will be crowded, my kid will have to free the lounger which is very strange. The pool was nice. No hot water in the changing room though.”
