27 Bar is one of Chișinău's most serious cocktail bars — opened in 2019 on Ion Inculeț street, run by bartenders titled at international competitions (World Class). The menu changes four times a year, with 14-16 original cocktails built around Moldovan ingredients and modern techniques: smoke (oak-wood smoking at the table), fat-washing (butter-yeast gin infusion), milk clarification, in-house infusions of sea buckthorn, rosemary and Bessarabian vișinată. Intimate atmosphere (24 seats), warm lighting, funk-house music, attention to detail — each cocktail comes out in 3-5 minutes. 200+ spirits list (whisky, rum, mezcal, Japanese gin). The favourite spot of bartenders from other bars on their night off — the most sincere testimonial.
