Crama Mihai Sava is one of Moldova's most personal wineries — the project of winemaker Mihai Sava, focused on natural and low-intervention wines. Pure author format: small production, no industrialization, no technological additives, wild-yeast fermentation when possible. Specialty: Fetească Neagră and Rara Neagră reds aged in French barrels, plus experimental series. Mihai Sava personally presents wines at tasting, telling about soils, season, and cellar decisions.
