Délice d'Ange is the pastry shop-laboratory on Stefan cel Mare Boulevard, focused on reinterpreted classic French patisserie: fresh fruit tarts (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, sour cherries, figs — depending on season), tartelettes au citron meringuée, choux-glazed Saint-Honoré, paris-brest with praline mousseline cream, fraisier, opera, assorted éclairs. House speciality: custom anniversary and wedding cakes (Swiss meringue, chocolate ganache, berries, naked cakes with fresh fruit). All pastries made in-house from premium ingredients: French butter, Callebaut chocolate, pure vanilla. Small window tables for on-site consumption with espresso or tea. Orders recommended a day ahead for large cakes.
