Mimi Hotel Chișinău is the central 4★ hotel taken over and rebranded by Castel Mimi (the iconic Moldovan winery) in 2018, formerly known as Jolly Alon. The renovation kept the building's Italian-inspired architecture (it was built by Italian developer Jolly in the 90s) while introducing Castel Mimi's wine-country aesthetics — wine-themed art, leather and oak furniture, Mimi wines stocked in every minibar.
