The kitchen offers a seasonal menu paired with wines: beef tartare with truffles, in-house cold-smoked salmon with roe, seafood pasta, sous-vide lamb with red wine reduction, modern desserts (lavender crème brûlée, sea salt chocolate parfait). Closed green terrace in summer (palms, fountains), live music nights (jazz, bossa nova) Thursday and Saturday. Titled sommelier, private cellar tastings available.
