Doina și Ion pension is the Aldea-Teodorovici family project — a modern manor built on the hills of Dănceni, with 8 elegant rooms and a private 3-ha vineyard. The grounds include a large terrace open to the vineyard, bonfire pit, outdoor pool and a tasting cellar with 200+ curated Moldovan labels. Dinner is served either on the terrace or in the fireplace lounge — Romanian-Bessarabian cuisine with modern accents (smoked catfish, beef tenderloin with red wine, brânză and dill pie, quail with polenta). Weekend programmes include live acoustic music and themed poetry evenings. Close to Asconi, Vinăria din Vale and Castel Mimi wineries.
