Wine Republic Șciusev is the central branch of the wine bar that redefined wine culture in Chișinău — a bar with refrigerated display (200+ Moldovan labels grouped by region: Codru, Ștefan Vodă, Valul lui Traian) and a menu of snacks designed for wine pairing: Moldovan and French cheese boards (chèvre, Saharna, Glodeni sheep cheese, gorgonzola), Spanish charcuterie (jamón ibérico, chorizo), smoked salmon platter, marinated olives, tapenade, sourdough bread. Served in Riedel glasses, with flight-of-four tasting option. Warm atmosphere, Edison pendant lights, 30+ crowd, perfect for a romantic evening or after-work business meeting. Sommelier on hand.
