Wine Time Bar is the neighbourhood wine bar in Buiucani (Grenoble 120, next to the local market), opened in 2022 — minimalist concept run by two owner-sommeliers who personally curate every label on the 80-wine list (75% Moldovan from small producers not commonly sold in central Chișinău, 25% imports from Italy/Spain/Georgia). Main draw: prices 30-40% lower than the centre, no quality compromise. Short tapas menu (5-7 dishes rotated weekly): local cheese board, artisan charcuterie, marinated olives, warm focaccia. Unfussy atmosphere, 18 indoor seats + small street terrace, acoustic music (jazz, bossa). Favourite of Buiucani locals wanting a good glass without going downtown.
