Стоит как историческая остановка в центре — вечный огонь, мраморные стелы и подземный музей в память о героях Второй мировой войны.
Мемориальный комплекс Eternitate — главный военный памятник Кишинёва, открытый 9 мая 1975 года (30-я годовщина Победы) по проекту архитекторов Наума Эпельбаума и В. Яворски. Построен на южном холме города (район Центру, улица Пантелимон Халиппа 5), комплекс включает: 25 мраморных стел в полукруге, по 12 м высотой, символизирующие 25 лет с окончания Второй мировой; Вечный огонь в центре (на газе с 1975 года, ни разу не гас); крипта с останками 14 советских солдат, павших при освобождении Кишинёва (24 августа 1944); аллея с бюстами 16 героев-граждан; подземный музей (открыт в 1985) с фото и документами Ясско-Кишинёвской операции.
