Cinnamon Bakery & More is the small brunch + bakery concept on Ioana Radu street, with the specialty that names it: à-la-minute cinnamon rolls with 24h-fermented brioche dough, daily-ground Ceylon cinnamon and cream-cheese glaze. Beyond cinnamon rolls: scones with fruit (blueberry, fig, caramelised apple), banana bread, brownies with pecans, chocolate chip cookies, carrot cake with walnuts and grated carrot, panini with prosciutto and melted cheese, eggs benedict, pita shakshuka. Single-origin coffee (Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Colombia) prepared as V60, espresso or flat white. Pastel decor with hanging plants, marble tables, calm atmosphere with indie folk in the background. Favourite for a lazy Sunday brunch or a sweet break between meetings.
