Lumen Craft Gastro is one of the most serious gastro projects opened in Chișinău in recent years — a 30-seat gastrobar on Dacia Pedestrian street, open kitchen at the bar (you can watch the chef cook), 5-7 course tasting menu (~700 lei) focused on Moldovan ingredients with modern technique. Signatures: deer tartare with horseradish emulsion and toasted bread, smoked salmon with trout roe, ravioli with Saharna cheese and butternut squash, 12h sous-vide lamb with Fetească Neagră reduction, cheesecake with smoked Bardar plums. Craft cocktails with house infusions (sea buckthorn, mint, lavender, sour cherry) and 80+ Moldovan wines curated by a sommelier.
