Specialty Coffee Bălți is the small micro-roastery concept on Decebal 126 — just 40 m² space where customers directly watch coffee roasting (Probat 1kg machine visible from the salon, roasting 2-3 times daily based on demand). Exclusive focus on high-quality single-origin beans (Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, Costa Rica Tarrazu, Colombia Huila, Brazil Cerrado, Indonesia Sumatra), freshly roasted (max 14 days between roast and extraction). Brew methods: espresso (Faema E61), V60, AeroPress, Chemex, cold brew. Staff offers free tasting flights with note explanations (citrus, chocolate, caramel, red fruit). Small menu of sourdough bread, croissants and daily pastries. Just 12 seats, focused atmosphere for connoisseurs. Bean retail (250g, 500g, 1kg). Northern Moldova most demanding specialty café.
